Contents Life Design Workshop

• Analysis of individual wishes and challenges. We pay particular attention to this step. Where are your employees drawn? What do they want to bring more of into their lives? Whether professionally or personally, we'll find out together. This is important because we want to work on the right questions, the right problems, and the individual's genuine wishes.

• Generating ideas - sometimes more is better. Once we know what everyone wants MORE of, we develop and discover creative options and ideas. The focus here is on the luxury of "thinking big," because it concerns future career paths and, at the same time, life paths. It's about the individual and how each person wants to contribute even more to the company.

• Prototyping - making dreams come true - moving from thought to action. Prototypes are nothing more than (small) experiments. The life design method, tried and tested thousands of times, focuses primarily on one thing: implementation. Because an idea alone isn't enough - it must also be implemented! That's why we explore together how participants can get started as quickly, as risk-free, and as enjoyable as possible. It's amazing how easy it can be! And how much fun it can be.

• Feedback - Learn - Move On. In life design, there is no failure or mistake – there is only feedback and learning. Because you learn from experiments and discover what works for you and what doesn't. This mindset not only symbolizes the new world of work and is promoted accordingly by companies, but also contributes to the individual resilience and health of your employees.

This offers you the opportunity, as an entrepreneur or HR manager, to gain direct insight into what life design can achieve on a personal AND entrepreneurial level.
